FAQ

Q: Package?
Q: Performance?
Q: Flow?
Q: Choose dry or wet type?
A: For storage and vacuum packaging, use a dry membrane without protecting fluids and a wet membrane with a 1.0% sodium bisulfite solution (10% glycerol antifreeze is added in the winter).
Customers typically pick the dry form of membrane due to its ease of storage.
Wet type is recommended for SW types if you plan to utilize them quickly because of the higher assured quality.
Q: Pay attention to the first time of using membrane?

a. When pH >10, the maximum allowable temperature for continuous operation is 95℉ (35℃).
b. Under certain conditions, the presence of free chlorine and other oxidants will lead to premature failure of membranes. Therefore, it is recommended that the membrane be pretreated to remove residual free chlorine before water comes into contact with membranes.
