Cleaning the reverse osmosis membranes of industrial pure water machines is a key step to ensure efficient operation of the system. The following are detailed cleaning steps:

1️⃣ Acid cleaning steps:
Prepare acid cleaning solution: Use a special acid cleaning agent and dissolve it in water in proportion to prepare an acid cleaning solution (such as hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid).
Connect cleaning solution: Connect the cleaning solution to the water inlet or special cleaning interface of the industrial pure water machine.
Rinse the membrane element: Open the drain valve and let the acid cleaning solution flow through the reverse osmosis membrane element for about 15-30 minutes.
After flushing: Close the drain valve, disconnect the cleaning solution supply, and thoroughly rinse the membrane element with clean water.

2️⃣ Alkaline cleaning steps:
Prepare alkaline cleaning solution: Use a special alkaline cleaning agent and dissolve it in water in proportion to prepare an alkaline cleaning solution (such as sodium hydroxide).
Connect cleaning solution: Connect the cleaning solution to the water inlet or special cleaning interface of the industrial pure water machine.
Rinse the membrane element: Open the drain valve and let the alkaline cleaning solution flow through the reverse osmosis membrane element for about 15-30 minutes.
After flushing: Close the drain valve, disconnect the cleaning solution supply, and rinse the membrane element thoroughly with clean water.

3️⃣ Neutral washing steps (optional):
After acid and alkaline washing, a neutral cleaning solution can be used for the final rinse to ensure that there is no residue on the surface of the membrane element.

🔍 Please note that the cleaning method and choice of cleaning agent may vary depending on the model and manufacturer. Be sure to consult the user manual or consult the equipment supplier for the specific cleaning method and steps for your equipment. Regular membrane cleaning and maintenance are key to maintaining the performance of the reverse osmosis membrane. It is recommended to perform regular cleaning and maintenance according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
