Products Description

Top Ultrafiltration Membranes For Water Treatment Manufacture
Puri-guard® ultrafiltration membranes for water treatment, our main models for oversea is 2860 and 2880 for Dupont UF membrane replacement use, not only the size can 100% match but also the performance has been verified over time and through various projects.
In order to meet different countries and different customers' requests, we also sell PAN and PVC type ultrafiltration membranes for water treatment.
What are the difference among PVC ,PAN ,PVDF materials UF
PVC material UF
- imported PVC raw material with long service life;
- filtering precision is 0.01 micron;
- thicker hollow fibers and bear high working pressure,inside-out working mode;
- applicable for raw water with low turbidity and SS;
- contaminants are rejected inside hollow fibers without dead angles, which are easy to be washed out.
Good mechanical strength/ low cost /easy to process

PAN material UF
- pore size:0.01um;
- high hydrophilicity,higher stable flux;
- Compare with PVC and PVDF , easily to destory the fibers in strong condition use, so normally used in surface and drinking water ,etc
- lower cost ,similar as PVC
- Effectivly remove suspended solids , bacteria , coloids , proteins and marcomolecules, but can not remove dissolved salts and small organic molecules becasue of its limited pore size ;
Low fouling/stable performance /cost effective
PVDF material UF
- Pore size :0.02um and 0.03um based on different formula
- Excellent checmical resistance (acids, bases, oxidants, chlorine);
- Perfecet mechanical strength and durability;
- Good fouling resistance and high thermal stability ;
- market main materials and be made hydrophilic via modification;
- long lifecycle;
Long life /harsh chemicals and strength/ high-performance systems

UF design
The general design principle is to first determine the membrane module model based on the water quality of the water source, the effluent requirements, and the application, and then select the preliminary design flux according to the "Membrane Module Recommended Flux Table". Finally, the most reasonable operating flux is determined through pilot test data and actual conditions.
