Residential 2012 series 150GPD and RO membrane 180gpd is our Puri-guard® high-flow Reverse osmosis residential membrane,this type membrane 2012-150GPD can do higher rejection with rejection 98% and for 180GPD we normally export to Europe and with rejection ≥95%, normally this type we can do 97%. Based on customer's using requests, we can do flexible adjustment.

180 GPD Reverse Osmosis Membrane replacement water filter cartridge. This RO membrane can be used as a replacement for many different systems which use Reverse Osmosis as a filtration method.

1. Permeate flow and salt (NaCl) rejection based on the following standard test conditions. 250 ppm softened tap water, 77°F (25°C), pH 7.5, 15% recovery and the specified applied pressure.

2. Minimum salt rejection: 97% for 150GPD and 94-96% for RO membrane 180gpd

3. Single membrane element production flow may vary ±20%.

a. When pH >10, the maximum allowable temperature for continuous operation is 95℉ (35℃).

b. Under certain conditions, the presence of free chlorine and other oxidants will lead to premature failure of membranes. Therefore, it is recommended that the membrane be pretreated to remove residual free chlorine before water comes into contact with membranes.
