80gpd membrane with a high 98% stabilized salt rejection rate, the membrane layers can prevent heavy metals (fluoride, calcium, magnesium, lead, colloids, chromium, and nitrates), organic materials, and harmful minerals, including other soluble salts found in water resources which TDS is under 3000ppm.

Our 80gpd membrane products can do replacement with markets popular types and used fit in standard 1812/2012 membrane housing. The pressure range can be 60-80psi normally, the flow rate is 80gpd with different using condition has its corresponding changes, they are applicable to residential RO systems and other water purifying devices in hospitals and laboratories.

A. Keep element moist all the times after initial wetting.
B. If you have chlorinated water, we recommend you use a Carbon/Sediment Pre-Filter. The residual chlorine in municipal or city water will destroy the membrane. if hardness is too high, we recommend you install water softener before RO, in order to make longer life cycle.

b. Under certain conditions, the presence of free chlorine and other oxidants will lead to premature failure of membranes. Therefore, it is recommended that the membrane be pretreated to remove residual free chlorine before water comes into contact with membranes.
