 About 2012-100

  1. Life time: 15-36 months depending on your feed water quality.
  2. Universal Standard Size: 100 GPD This reverse osmosis membrane is compatible with all standard 2" inner diameter (ID) membrane housings . Its density-graded membrane sheet provides optimal filtration and surface area coverage, ensuring long-lasting use.
  3. Lifetime: 24 months depending on your feed water quality.
  4. Airtight vacuum sealed packing ensures long-lasting performance.This dry membrane is simple to stock, but before using it, you must unpack it and place it in a housing, then wet it for two hours to ensure it works properly.
  5. High Standard Filtration - Verified by independent laboratory testing to satisfy the NSF/ANSI 58 Standard under the sheet selection .

1. Permeate flow and salt (NaCl) rejection based on the following standard test conditions. 250 ppm softened tap water, 77°F (25°C), pH 7.5, 15% recovery and the specified applied pressure.

a. When pH > 10, the maximum allowable temperature for continuous operation is 95℉(35℃).

b. Under certain conditions, the presence of free chlorine and other oxidants will lead to premature failure of membranes. Therefore, it is recommended that the membrane be pretreated to remove residual free chlorine before water comes into contact with membranes.

DO NOT FREEZE !

A. Keep element moist all the times after initial wetting.

B. If you have chlorinated water, we recommend you use a Carbon/Sediment Pre-Filter. The residual chlorine in municipal or city water will destroy the membrane. if hardness is too high, we recommend you install water softener before RO, in order to make longer life cycle.
